- Focus on data management and analytics topics with new digitalization direction to achieve next level of benefits.
- Plan, coordinate and analyze process experiments to derive necessary process optimization, equipment release & etc.
- Perform material/lot dispositions in daily basis through thorough data analysis and clear understanding of deviations and risk.
- Work with cross-functional UPD/UPE teams to develop processes and qualify new products.
- Manage and coordinate development activities with manufacturing to resolve process and materials issues.
- Ensure fast and secure development lot delivery within project timeline.
- Lead/support as interface between wafer fabrication production & assembly production on yield, quality and reliability topics as well as alignment with reference wafer fabrication sites, development group and business line. You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics / Physics / Material Engineering / Data science
- Last CGPA and above
- 12 Months Contract
- Strong analytical skills with systematic and structured approaches in problem solving.
- Able to lead and work under pressure, tight schedule and adhere to strict KPIs.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Words.
- Good interpersonal skill, Interested in interaction with all levels of employees internally or externally.
- Ability to present topics confidently to management, customers, Kulim and European counterparts.
