- To assist in general administrative works.
- Process expenses reports and invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain filing systems and databases, keeping information organized and easily accessible.
- Prepare and assist with various business related documents and licensing applications as required.
- Foster a positive and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
- Other ad hoc jobs assigned by management.
- Preferably have at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in construction or engineering.
- Possess good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy skill (Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Have a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Are a team player with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential.
