    Responsibilities

    A core member to the Asia Finance team,supporting the ROAP (Rest of Asia Pacific – all countries in Asia other thanIndia & China) Management team & ROAP FP&A tasks:

    •Conduct, supervise and coordinate financial analysis to help drive the businessincluding growth and financial profitability through qualitative andquantitative analysis.

    • Key lead for division and entities -monthly/quarterly financial closing, business analysis, budgeting &planning and proper internal controls as per Honeywell standards & policiesfor ROAP

    • Ensure financial commitments (P&L,working capital and cash flow) are met or exceeded.

    • Provide financial guidance to ROAP businessleadership team for all aspects of the business, including strategic analysis,specific deal analysis, cost control.

    • Be Treasury Lead for ROAP business

    •Working with ROAP regional management to identify and implement processimprovements for maximizing regional profitability and operating efficiencywith a goal of maxmizing return on investment.

    • Support ROAP Pole Finance leader indeveloping, coordinating, maintaining and managing the regional MOS (throughthe AOP and STRAP process), forecasting and monthly variance analysis (line ofbusiness, revenue analysis, geographic analysis, cost analysis, and workingcapital and cash flow) and communicate results for ROAP

    • Proactively evaluate business performanceand highlight underperforming (and outperforming) territories and/or functionalareas early on in the process. Prepare and review reports on historical andfuture trends in performance and provide analysis to management.

    WE VALUE

    • Bachelor's degree with Relevant professional accounting qualification – ACA/ ACCA / CIMA / MIA/ ICAEW or Major in Accounting is a PLUS.
    • At least 5+ years' experience in a MNC working in a matrix organization in FP&A & Accounting
    • Able to handle multiple priorities, strong analytical skills, team player and must be an effective communicator both verbally and written.
    • Strong sense of business partnership.
    • Hand on experience with HFM/HSP and ERP (SAP) and excellent knowledge MS PowerPoint & Excel is a must
    • Positive attitude, result-oriented and strategic thinker with business partnership mindset. Demonstrates excellent behavioral skills (Leadership, Communication, change champion, Team player, Influencer etc.)
    • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines & through multiple priorities
