- Application software development / project delivery from project initiation till closure.
- Projects could be ranging from tiny to large depending on demands.
- Provides solution and technical assistance to squad.
- Coordinates in software development activities with multiple stakeholders across multiple geographical locations.
- Plans and involve in all testing activities (UT/ST/SIT/CIT/CAT/UAT/PT/OAT/DRH) where applicable.
- Ensure project and SCB quality processes are adhered and met.
- Deployment, PIV/UVT and Post implementation support.
- Debugs and fixes application errors within stipulated service level agreement (SLA).
- Provides support to production services and testing teams when need to.
- Consistently looking for service improvement areas/plans where applicable.

- Bachelor / degree or higher in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering or related fields
- Banking domain knowledge in lending with 2-7 years of application development experiences
- Good experience in project delivery, software development & implementation, incident/problem/situation management, request/change management, audit & compliance, information security, application monitoring,
- capacity/performance management and stakeholder management
- Strong technical knowledge in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, z/OS, Micro Focus, Java, API and mainframe environment
- Good knowledge and exposure of Agile, DevOps, CICD, architecture and design
- Strong problem-solving skills, troubleshooting and analytical in problem resolution
- Possess self-initiatives driving new initiatives with minimal supervision, team player, fast learner and reliable
