Description
1.Conduct daily meetings with subordinates and monitor work done by subordinates.2.Develop QA Plan and other required control procedures of the process to ensure processes, make sure work in progress and finished goods qualified with customer's standards and other required standards.3.Establish and enact quality assurance procedures and methodologies throughout the manufacturing and development processes.
Assess current production and inspection systems and develop new solutions to enhance quality control, frequently working with production managers and other leaders to enact and improve these procedures.4.Direct and coordinate quality assurance and quality control personnel, instructing them on new or revised procedures and systems and providing oversight during the QA process.5.To support manufacturing and production activities, report recurring quality issues to production managers and other personnel.
Ensure that manufacturing errors and production issues don't negatively impact delivery timelines or cause delays within the manufacturing process. Frequently work with these production managers to devise and implement solutions.6.
Well verse in ISO 9001 : 2015, IATF 16949, EMS 14001To coordinate ISO/TS 16949 audit by SIRIM.To conduct ISO internal audit, management review meetings, replying to SIRIM auditors on any NCRs arising.7.To take the role of Kaizen Leader, good knowledge in Kaizen.To assist, guide and oversee the Kaizen activities of the departments and the Company at largeTo conduct monthly Kaizen meetingTo organise Kaizen competitionAnalyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.Coordinate and support on-site audit
