As a Human Resource Executive, you will be primarily involved in the talent acquisition activity (from define & refine the ICP, to plan & execute hiring activities from job portal & social media management, campus outreach & career fair).+
Responsibilities
+- Design and execute the entire talent management life cycle
- Work with universities and colleges to establish intern talent pipeline
- Manage job portal/posting and outbound prospecting on prospective talents
- Collaborate with product and customer team to develop development and team engagement activities
