We are looking for ACCOUNT Clerk.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry, filing, and documentation

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

• Prepare and maintain accounting records, schedules, and reconciliations

• Assist in monthly closing, journals, and basic financial reports

• Support invoice processing, payment tracking, and follow-ups

• Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes

• Assist with ad-hoc accounting and finance tasks

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma or degree in Accounting, finance or related

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

• Able to work independently with attention to details

• Good communication and organization skills

• Able to speak and read Chinese (for liaising with Chinese speaking clients and vendors)

• Minimum 3years experience

Added advantage

• Able to operate or understanding autocount for data extraction, reporting, or system queries

• Prior experience in accounting, audit or finance support roles
