Description

• Oversee the operations and maintenance of multi-storey buildings owned by Public Bank Group to ensure that they are in tenantable condition at all times
• Ensure that all the maintenance contracts and the schedules/programmes are timely and properly executed by the contractors
• Attend to repair/rectification/refurbishing works for the buildings as and when required including preparation of work specification, calling and evaluation of quotations/tenders, obtaining approval and execution of work with quality control
• Assess and recommend any upgrading works to the buildings owned by the Group to ensure comfort and safety of the occupants
• Develop sustainability initiatives and supervise the project execution

Requirements

• Degree in Building & Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 8 years in managing building facilities in similar capacity
• ​Electrical Chargeman (Medium Pressure/High Pressure) Certificate will be an added advantage
• Has analytical, problem solving and commercial negotiation skills
• Possess strong leadership skills to lead and manage teams and projects
• Well versed in OSH/Jabatan Keselamatan and Kesihatan Perkerjaan Act (JKKP), Uniform Building By-Laws and Bomba Regulations & Requirement
