    Description

    Job Description:

    • Responsible for supporting the logistics team in the areas of planning, execution, and performance improvement to provide best in class user experience.
    • Streamline processes and improve overall efficiency within the logistics team i.e. centralise calculations for all late delivery penalties.
    • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

    Ops Excellence

    • Forecast and planning for campaign surges and festivities to minimise impact on buyers.
    • Actively communicate to the affected stakeholders via various channels to manage expectations.
    • Negotiate for tighter thresholds, shipping fee reductions, implement key initiatives to improve delivery time, lost & damage, RTS rate.
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements in logistics operations.
    • Act as the custodian of the Shopee logistics long tail performance, adhering to processes to ensure an effective order management.
    • Daily review and management of seller shipping applications, communication with logistics partners, campaign days performance tracking, and backlog management.
    • Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

    Requirements:

    • At least 3 years of working experience in E-commerce, logistics background is a plus point
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • High proficiency in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint to deal with large size data, analyse and translate trend and present to the higher management
    • Team player, excellent in both written skills and verbal communication
