- Manage new and existing digital financial service products, including reporting, coordination, and support in regulatory matters
- Optimise product portfolio by analysing business metrics, recommending improvements area to drive profitability and continuous business growth
- Develop product insights based on primary research for key commercial, market and service programs
- Manage the project timelines in across functional structure to ensure timely and consistent delivery of the overall business objectives
- Drive business alignment and manage cross functional stakeholders such as Marketing, Product, Legal, Ops, Finance, Compliance, etc.
- Develop proposals and negotiate contracts with potential partners to ensure that all parties' needs are met
- Undertake ad hoc / additional planning and budgeting activities where required
- Previous experience in financial services sector, insurance related field highly preferred - touching on marketing, operations, product design and commercials
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with strong logical thinking and quantitative analysis ability
- Proactive, open to learn, strong builder and intrapreneurial mindset, ready to get hands dirty
- Strong stakeholder management and enjoy managing multiple projects (multitasker)
- Agile, comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- A willingness to get involved in the business to understand the story behind the numbers
- A fast learner who is meticulous and detail-mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- May be required to take up professional licence
- Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred
