- Utilities set-up, Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) equipment and installation are managed systemically and run in optimum operating condition and in cost effective manner.
- Administration of 24/7 M&E operation team consists of Chargeman/Technician on daily operation job function.
- Plan & execute Energy Conservation and Environmental improvement activities.
- Works closely with (EHS) in ensuring safe works practice.
- Support audits activities , ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 etc.
- To works closely with GR team (Global Real-estate) on related matters.
- Plan, approval process, executing new related project.
- Budget planning Overhead, BAU, MAE etc.
- Develop and maintain records and reports , preventive maintenance activities, equipment's master list etc.
- Must have relevant Certificate of Electrical HT Chargeman BO (11Kv or 33Kv).
- Formal Education from Local Technical Institution – Diploma or Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with more than 10 years' experience in Facility Maintenance operation.
- Good Knowledge and Exposure of Facility process, procedures, and technology.
- Computer literate, power point, excel, words, Auto-Cad will be an added advantage.
- Self-driven leadership, Independent, strong interpersonal communication, analytical problem-solving skills, self-motivated person, result oriented & team player.
