Role Summary:
Provide leadership, coaching and direction to the digital operation team. Work with Business Groups within RGE to initial and implement CR, external vendors and project Team.Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, coaching and direction to the digital operation team.
• Incorporate operational excellence standards into daily operations to continually improve performance and availability.
• Responsible for integrated incident, change and problem management.
• Responsible for communications and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders impacted, or potentially impacted by service disruption, additions, changes, and/or reductions in service
• Responsible for 24x7 365 application availability
• Responsible for application lifecycle
• Lead/manage the transition from projects to production support team.
• Ensure the audit requirements and processes are followed strictly and represent the application, if selected for audit. Implement and monitor controls defined by the internal controls and standard manual.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
• A degree in the related job field.
• At least 7 to 9 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
• Knowledgeable and skilled in maintenance of SAP/FICO module and related sub modules (AR, AP, FM, AS, GL)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of the business
• Team player attitude
• Demonstrate a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; making customer issues a priority
• Document functional requirements, develop functional specs for program changes, make
configuration settings, perform testing, conduct system demos and work with users providing training and testing support.
• SAP FICO / Simple Finance certifications is a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP support and at least one full cycle implementation
• Strong knowledge of Business Processes in any kind of industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in full life cycle implementation projects and end-to-end implementation projects
