- Design and develop customer centric digital solution across the four customer stages – Attract, Acquire, Transact and Engage – aiming to create delightful customer experience with the aim of achieving higher CSAT, driving customer advocacy (NPS) and business outcomes (e.g. increase in customer acquisition, revenue and cost optimisation).
- Explore, pilot the viability of emerging frontier technologies that might benefit our Customers, the Community and the Bank.
- Participate in ground up architecture in both client-side and server-side for new and experimental ideas from plan, design, build, test and deploy.
- Collaborate with dynamic and cross functional teams that includes Design thinkers, UI/UX Designers and Data Scientists.
- Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and share with team members and other stakeholders.
- Identify and encourage technical areas for growth and improvement within the team.
- Guide and mentor team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
- Malaysian Citizen
- Diploma, Professional Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Candidates must have at least 1 to 2 years of working experience as UI/ UX Designer, Front-end developer or similar role.
- Experience in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 is mandatory
- Knowledge of multiple cross platform frameworks (e.g. Flutter, React, Angular) will be advantages.
- Experience designing and building large scale interactions designs that meet business goals.
- Familiar with design tools such as Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Invision, Sketch and Zeplin
