Senior Finance Manager - Petaling Jaya, Malaysia - MVC Resources

Description

• Ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Malaysia Finance Department.
  
• Ensure efficient cash flow management, AR collection and AP payment
  
• Prepare Consolidation for the group, Goodwill calculation and ensure intercompany transaction tally within the group.
  
• Timely month end closing and analytical review
  
• Preparation of the annual budget
  
• Balance Sheet Review
  
• Bank Reconciliation Review
  
• Preparation of the current year forecast and budget for the following year.
  
• Work closely with our subsidiary and monitor the financial performance.
  
• Liaise with external parties such as Auditor, Tax Agent, IRB etc
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting
  
• Professional Accounting Qualification (ACCA, CIMA etc )
  
• At least 10 years related experienced in Finance.
  
• Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft office and excel efficiency.
  
• Power point presentation
  
• Accounting standards – MFRS, IFRS
  
• ERP & MSGP exposure would be an advantage.
  
• High attention to details
  
• Effective communication with doctors, nurse, auditor and tax agent
  
• Good written and verbal English and BM.
  
• Trustworthy, pleasant personality and display professional attitude towards colleagues and customers.
