• Ensure all materials and method statement documents have been submitted prior starting work.
• Generate all reports in compliance with the requirements of the project.
• Maintain the Aconex database for the project teams, including uploading and compiling drawings, creating from distribution, and continuing best practices management of the data with periodic audits or reporting.
• Maintain registers and perform timely site record audits.
• Ensure that the Company quality policies and audit process are followed.
