- Supervises a team of operators and senior operators including allocation of tasks and monitoring of quality delivered.
- Responsible for implementing production schedules, methods, and processes, ensuring the effective use of manpower.
- Priorities few activities and make effective decisions in a high stress manufacturing workplace, using known problem solving.
- Lead, manage and motivate a team of Senior OS / Operation Specialists to meet operation targets.
- Allocate and deploy manpower effectively for optimum productivity.
- Being a trainer to Operation Specialists
- Involved in process & equipment issues and uphold Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) among all Operation Specialist.
- Optimize WIP management to maximize through put and linearity, prioritize task to meet business needs as well as would be the key liaison personnel.
- Initiate improvement projects including productivity improvement, process improvement and quality improvements projects.
- Bachelor's degree/ Diploma
- Approximately 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry, but generally no prior job experience required.
- Proactive, independent, and able to work in the fast pace working environment, highly adaptable to changes in the company practices as well as in the procedurals and protocols.
- Good leadership and communication skills, ability to interact with all levels of personnel and matured personality.
- Ability to interact primarily within own team with focus on exchange of technical information.
