Description

To assist in liaising with external parties such as company secretary, share registrar, insurance agent, auditor and other related government agencies such as Bursa, etc.

To assist in board meetings and AGM preparation. To work closely with other departments, Accounts and Administration Department in cost reduction exercise. To prepare and follow up on meeting minutes. To assist in treasury function. Support on any ad hoc tasks and assignments given by superior as and when required. Candidate personality Ability to communicate efficiently. Ability to develop analytical and critical thinking. Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Requirements Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Management, Accounting or any related field. At least 1 year of working experience preferable in manufacturing line. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Working Location:
Kawasan Perindustrian Kamunting Raya, Taiping. Annual Leave, Medical & Insurance Coverage (include Life Insurance), Transport Subsidy. Company information Registration No.
