- 5-10 years of digital agency experience with good track record as a digital campaign specialist. Candidates without media agency and ad operation experience will not be considered.
- Experienced in managing performance and brand campaigns through major biddable ad platforms.
- Professional-level experience in Google Analytics and other digital marketing analytics.
- Expertise in ad trafficking, tagging, and troubleshooting
- KPI focused, have high work ethic and positive attitude.
- Reasonable client-facing experience.
- Able to relate complex data and analytics to actionable marketing insights.
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
- Leadership quality; possess a passion for guiding and nurturing junior specialists
- Candidates with decent copywriting skills are advantageous.
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Min. bachelor degree or advanced diploma is required.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa.
