    Business Development & Client Services Manager

    Join the vibrant Marketing Team of a well respected international Interior Design firm as a dynamic, outgoing, and positive individual with a keen eye for exceptional design. They are seeking a quick learner who thrives in both the professional setting and social marketing events. This role demands flexibility, innovative thinking, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to oversee at a strategic level while diving into hands-on productivity when deadlines approach. Preferred qualifications include industry experience and a solid background of 5-6 years in Business Development/Marketing.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Act as a primary point of contact for prospects, clients, and internal global and local teams.
    • Identify, cultivate, and manage new and existing clients (end-users, agents, suppliers, landlords), focusing on the corporate services market segment.
    • Lead the qualification and registration of partner products and services with assigned clients.
    • Spearhead the creation of proposals and marketing materials to seize opportunities and respond to RFPs, collaborating with the Client Services Production team.
    • Develop, lead, and execute effective sales strategies.
    • Provide weekly reporting and updates to the Business Unit Head.

    Qualifications:

    • 5-6 years of leadership experience in Marketing and Communications.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Graphic/Visual Design, Public Relations, or a related field from an accredited institution.
    • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
    • Demonstrated creativity, professionalism, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
    • Expertise in branding and positioning across multiple channels.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with a global team, communicating and working towards common goals with remote team members.
    • Positive influence on a dispersed marketing team located in various locations.
    • Success in co-leadership structures, collaborating with other division heads.
    • Detail-oriented with exceptional multitasking abilities.
    • Goal-focused with the capacity to lead and mentor graphic and visual designers.
    • Advantageous: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
