As a Demand Planner, you are responsible for the following: - Forecast demand for products or services based on historical data, market trends, and input from sales and marketing teams.
- Develop and maintain demand planning models, tools, and processes to ensure accurate forecasts and optimize inventory levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, sales, and finance, to align demand forecasts with production and inventory strategies.
- Monitor and analyze demand forecast accuracy, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory and out of stock situation. skills and experience
- From a relevant FMCG / Retail industry
- At least 3-4 years of Supply Chain Planning experience
- Above average proficiency in MS Excel *mandatory*
- Possess a degree in the relevant field Business, Finance and or Supply Chain Logistics Management
- Smooth communication and interpersonal skills
