Job Role:

We are seeking for a passionate and experienced HR Specialist to join our clients team and lead their people-focused initiatives.

This role will play a vital role in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent, shaping the company culture, and ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition:

Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent needs to onboarding new hires.
Conduct interviews, assess skills and experience, and make hiring recommendations.

- Talent Retention:

Develop and implement programs to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Implement performance management systems and provide career development opportunities.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.

- Compensation and Benefits:

Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
Conduct salary surveys and maintain equity in pay structures.
Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Partner with leadership to develop and implement incentive programs.

- Learning and Development:

Identify training and development needs for all employee levels.
Design and implement learning and development programs.
Track the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed.
Partner with managers to develop individual development plans for employees.

- Additional Responsibilities:

Provide HR expertise and guidance to managers and employees.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws.
Stay uptodate on HR trends and best practices.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Partner with other departments to achieve business goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
35 years of experience in a HR management/generalist role.
Strong understanding of talent acquisition, talent retention, compensation and benefits, and learning and development.
Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in HR technology and software.
Strong analytical and datadriven approach.
