Salary Package: RM3,300
Position: Customer Service - Mandarin Speaker
Working Hours: 8 + 1 hour working hour included midnight shift, WORK FROM HOME
Working day: Between Monday to Sunday (5 working days)
Job Description:
• Dealing with customer inquiries regarding to the company products.
• Delivery timely customer services to the customers through calls/email/livechat
• Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products.
• To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
• Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
• Any ad hoc task assigned by supervisor.
