- Support timely closing of accounts within stipulated timeline
- To assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly/year-end reports for either MFRS4 or MFRS17 books
- Perform reconciliation between both MFRS4 and MFRS17 books
- To support the preparation of audit schedules and reconciliations for audit purpose
- Involves in budgeting process
- Perform system implementation or enhancement in accordance to regulatory or business requirements
- Work together across various functions to support the project implementation including group solutions, system changes, user acceptance testing, process flows and new financial closing process
- Any other ad-hoc related matters
- Must possess at least Degree in Accountancy/ Professional Qualifications (ACCA, CPA, etc.) or other equivalent professional qualifications
- Candidates should have at least 5 years' relevant experience preferably, with audit and insurance industry experience will be an added advantage
- Well versed in MFRS
- Good command of English, both written and oral
- Have a strong sense of commitment, teamwork and good interpersonal skills
- Positive working attitude, willingness to learn, and driven to meet deadline
- Independent with minimal supervision, and able to cope with stress
