- Implementation to ensure CIB on-boarding fulfillment is completed within SLA and with high customer satisfaction;
- Collaborate with other teams in the business unit to meet business needs and objectives including supporting promotional campaigns and keeping customers' satisfaction;
- Plan and drive digital innovations & strategies to keep the business unit competitive in the market;
- Ensure successful onboarding of new clients and provide high level customer service to develop/direct action plans to satisfy support needs, critical client issues and areas that need to be address with clients;
- Assist in the implementation of custom plans to meet the client's cash management requirements for business banking clients.
- Proactively communicate regularly with Bank clients and outreach efforts via phone calls and follow-up emails;
- Conduct and supervise the completion of all daily, weekly and monthly operational duties;
- Develop a strong knowledge of bank services and products and ensure bank staff does also;
- Provide service solutions to client and to solicit client's feedback on product/system requirements/issues during visits /dialogues (calls) to the respective internal stakeholder/HLOB's customers.
- Engage Client Services & Transformation in ensuring provision of a high-quality service delivery through effective management of daily support operations, people and resources;
- Adherence of HLBB's policies, services standard, performance measures, identifying and implementing operational risk controls, managing daily operations and capacity & capability planning.
- Degree or equivalent
- Experience in dealing with projects and cash management products will be added advantage
