Job Responsibility

• Manage and supervise property managers and staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement property budgets.
• Maintain positive relationships with committee members, owners, and residents.
• Conduct property inspections.
• Develop and implement training programs.
• Plan capital improvements.
• Ensure prompt and proper performance of supporting teams (Maintenance, Cleaning).
• Review and present monthly reports to Top Management and owners.
• Handle legal issues.
• Other duties involved in efficient property management and operations.
  
  

Job Requirements

We are seeking an energetic and innovative Operations Manager specializing in Property Management to join our team in Damansara Perdana, Petaling Jaya. The role involves managing and supervising property managers and staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, developing budgets, maintaining positive relationships, conducting property inspections, and more.

• Possess own transport; familiarity with Damansara Perdana area is an advantage.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or higher education with related work experience.
• Minimum 3 years in Property Management/ Property Sales background.
• Good oral and written communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
• Knowledge in Strata Act is an advantage.
• Possess leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  
  

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9.00 am pm
• Saturday (Alternate week): 9.00 am pm
