- Manage and supervise property managers and staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement property budgets.
- Maintain positive relationships with committee members, owners, and residents.
- Conduct property inspections.
- Develop and implement training programs.
- Plan capital improvements.
- Ensure prompt and proper performance of supporting teams (Maintenance, Cleaning).
- Review and present monthly reports to Top Management and owners.
- Handle legal issues.
- Other duties involved in efficient property management and operations.
- Possess own transport; familiarity with Damansara Perdana area is an advantage.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or higher education with related work experience.
- Minimum 3 years in Property Management/ Property Sales background.
- Good oral and written communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and report writing skills.
- Knowledge in Strata Act is an advantage.
- Possess leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Monday to Friday: 9.00 am pm
- Saturday (Alternate week): 9.00 am pm
