    We are currently seeking a high-potential Manager to deliver exceptional client service and enable the continued growth of our Payroll Operate Services practice.     Your key responsibilities

    As the Payroll Manager (Technical & Implementation), you will be responsible to:

  • Client facing role – responsible for demo on Payroll, Leave and Claims.
  • Responsible for providing external and internal training in Payroll, Leave & Claims administration.
  • Responsible for overall implementation process for Payroll, Leave, Claims, Time and Attendance
  • Providing pre-sales support and guidance to the Sales and Payroll Ops teams on Implementation approach and timelines
  • Responsible for keeping updates on statutory compliance and overall payroll related technical matters
  • Responsible for SOX and internal audit compliance for payroll
  • Responsible for guiding team on managing employee stock purchase and expatriate payroll
  • Responsible for payroll accounting, accrual and GL accounting
  • Responsible for the management of the deliverables of KPI, SLA to Prime team
  • Collaborate and align processes to global standards for efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Responsible for managing team members' utilisation and performance

  • To qualify for the role you must have

  • A bachelor's degree in related field
  • 5 years of experience working in a Business-to-Business client service/customer service interface or systems integration environment
  • Basic project management skills required
  • Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands
  • Demonstration of high ethical standards
  • Ideally, you'll also have

  • Experience working in a professional commercial environment
  • Experience in managing / heading business pursuits
