About the Role
Ascott Star KLCC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Housekeeping Assistant Manager / Executive. Based in the heart of Kuala Lumpur City Centre, this full-time role is central to ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction within our property.
What You'll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily housekeeping operations to maintain exceptional service and hygiene standards
- Supervising and guiding housekeeping staff to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Inspecting guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house to uphold quality and safety standards
- Coordinating with other departments to support seamless guest experiences
- Managing housekeeping inventories, supplies, and cost control measures
- Assisting in training and development of team members to enhance service delivery
- Handling guest requests, feedback, and resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Supporting the implementation of sustainability and eco-friendly housekeeping practices
What We're Looking For
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- Experience in housekeeping operations or supervisory roles (3–5 years for Assistant Manager; fewer for Executive level)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to high service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, responsible, and hands-on personality with a guest-first mindset

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
