    Description

    Job Descriptions:

    Responsibilities:

    • Possess a strong design flair and the ability to create 'wow factor' designs to attract and engage the target audience.
    • Design branding or marketing materials including event IDs, illustrations, graphics, infographics, typography, etc. as per brand guidelines and requirements.
    • Ensure branding consistency in design and production work across all communication platforms.
    • Develop and oversee design projects, from idea conception to execution. You are comfortable driving each creative task individually or by working with cross-territory team members to ensure deadlines are met.
    • Review junior designers' work and refine images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design software to ensure high quality delivery.
    • Creation of static & animated display advertisement banners.
    • Design and edit visual elements such as banners, photographs, EDMs, and various graphical artwork for digital and offline usage.
    • Must be a self-starter who can handle the design process and timeline efficiently to achieve quality results.
    • Strengthen the current creative offering.
    • Able to visualise data through charts, tables, maps, and so on.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools.

    Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Graphic Design or equivalent.
    • Working experience: preferably 2 years or above with solid experience in traditional/print and digital marketing, either in-house or for an agency.
    • Excellent visual design skills, including a clear grasp of typography, layout, colour, motion, and behaviour.
    • Experience in Adobe Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator/After Effect/Premiere Pro or similar software.
    • Experience in video editing & motion graphics is a bonus.
    • Sound knowledge in brand guidelines and identity.
    • A portfolio showcasing a variety of projects with solid visual graphics and good usage of colours.
    • A proven record of technical skills and knowledge including Adobe CS Suite, digital publishing, and MS Office skills.
