Job Description:

(1) Special projects and initiatives

• Lead and oversee the delivery of technical related projects and Upstream initiatives, working with recognized external implementation partner (Consultants), SDP stakeholders and the Upstream team as well as the shared service provider
• Manage risk and issues, escalating them for decision-making at appropriate levels of authority, to ensure meeting project delivery timeline and minimize cost
• Identify and jointly prepare change management plans and lead (or co-lead) team for identified Upstream projects and initiatives

(2) Technical and operational analytics

• Support business decisions through an in-depth understanding and analysis of technical and operational performance to reduce costs and to enhance shareholders value .

(3) Other related function as may be required from time to time
