    Job Responsibility

    Office Cleanliness

    • Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office space on a regular basis.
    • Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
    • Assist in organizing and maintaining a presentable workplace.

    Administration Support

    • Provide administrative support to the HR department.
    • Assist in organizing and maintaining HR records and documents.
    • Handle general office correspondence and communication.

    Other Tasks

    • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by superiors.
    • Collaborate with team members to contribute to the overall efficiency of HR operations.

    Job Requirements

    • A Bachelorâs Degree/Diploma or any other equivalent level of studies.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
    • Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
