- Lead a team of Salesforce architects, developers and administrators in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Manage project schedules, timelines, and resources to ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
- Develop and execute project plans, monitor progress and provide regular status updates to all stakeholders.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions to drive business outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and release management activities.
- Lead and manage post-implementation support and maintenance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development and administration experience.
- Proven leadership in overseeing Salesforce development teams.
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Skilled in managing the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer) are highly desirable.
- Proficient in both verbal and written English.
