- To assess how genuine a customer's reason for non-payment and propose solution with alternative options ie reschedule, refinancing, etc
- To communicate and carry oneself in proper professional manner

- To attend to the documentation required to assist collection
- Able to take on additional tasks and/or project when assigned
- Recognized Degree in any field, with or without working experience
- Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply
- Strong communication skills, especially English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficient in Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Must be target oriented and work well under pressure.
- Computer literate, i.e. Microsoft word and excel

About the Department
