    Description
    Responsible to lead and manage Industrial Engineering team In your new role you will:
  • Analyse and Define Operational efficiency opportunity based on key TCR cost elements (Personnel, Capital & Material) thru DMAIC approaches
  • Provide guidance to IE engineers. Deployment of IE tools and methodologies in conduct studies, data collection and projects
  • Drive process improvements and work within a team to resolve problems
  • Set and establish various manufacturing standards and KPI annually. Identify the gaps and formulate actions to close the gaps. Work with Operation to buy-in new standards/KPI for TCR and review with Resource Planning & Finance
  • Ensure data quality of Basic IE database - Standards for Labor, Material Usage Factor, Operation Cycle Time, UPH, OEE
  • Responsible for segment YoY productivity by continuously explore for Efficiency & Effectiveness improvement
  • You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Preferable Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering
  • Experience in work study, plant layout, material standard and headcount modeling
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact with individuals at various levels of the organization
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple and concurrent priorities
  • Good analytical skills, communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in PC applications and AutoCAD
