Job Description
i. The role shall have a strong background and experience in performing change management initiatives for digital initiatives and programmes and able to effectively perform knowledge transfer for the on the job learning program
ii. Have experience in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives
iii. Create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance
iv. Develop change management ideal approach, methodology, governance & best practice
v. Support execution of internal change management roles in planning and executing change management activities
vi. Develop, strategize, and execute adoption and resistance management activities to Bank's internal and external stakeholder
