What's your job scope like?
- Support the development and execution of pre-launch marketing initiatives for an upcoming project in Southeast Asia.
- Assist in crafting marketing materials and communications tailored to international audiences for various property segments.
- Conduct market research on the industrial ecosystem and potential investor landscape across Southeast Asia.
- Assist in preparing go-to-market strategies for an industrial development project in Malaysia targeting international investors.
- Compile insights and findings into professional, data-driven market research reports for internal use.
- Collaborate with the Business Development & Market Research team to support ongoing strategic initiatives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to enhance international marketing and outreach efforts.
Who are we looking for?
- Candidates pursuing a Diploma or Degree in International Marketing, International Business, Economics, Communications, or any related fields.
- Passionate about the property development industry or eager to learn more about it from an international lens.
- Naturally curious about market trends, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances across Southeast Asia and beyond.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a knack for research, analysis, and presentation of findings.
