Role Overview
At Sihat Xpress by Mudah Healthtech, we are redefining how communities access healthcare through fast, affordable, and technology-enabled solutions. We are seeking an Operations Executive to support the day-to-day delivery of key initiatives across the organization.
This role focuses on execution support, coordination, and progress tracking, ensuring that agreed priorities are followed through, timelines are monitored, and deliverables move forward smoothly. As Sihat Xpress continues to scale, this role will play an important part in maintaining operational order, visibility, and consistency while senior leadership drives strategy, partnerships, and growth.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive — someone who keeps things moving, flags issues early, and supports teams in delivering outcomes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Support execution across Technology, Commercial, Healthcare Services, Operations, and Finance teams.
- Assist in tracking ongoing initiatives such as telehealth kiosks, digital platform updates, and community healthcare programs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure tasks and dependencies are clearly understood.
2. Progress Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain project trackers, timelines, and simple dashboards to monitor progress against agreed milestones.
- Follow up on action items and ensure updates are documented and communicated.
- Escalate risks, delays, or blockers to management in a timely manner.
3. Project & Initiative Support
- Provide administrative and coordination support for key projects (e.g. new service launches, system upgrades, pilot deployments).
- Assist in preparing progress updates, reports, and internal presentations.
- Support alignment of operational tasks with overall project timelines.
4. Operational Support & Follow-through
- Coordinate between operations, clinics, doctors, and tech teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Help resolve minor execution issues by coordinating discussions and follow-ups.
- Step in to support urgent operational tasks when required.
5. Process & Workflow Support
- Support the use and upkeep of SOPs, trackers, and basic workflows.
- Help ensure adherence to operational processes across teams.
- Contribute to improving clarity and structure in recurring operational activities.
6. Documentation & Output Support
- Assist in preparing and consolidating reports, slides, and documentation for internal or external use.
- Ensure outputs are organized, accurate, and aligned with management direction.
What Success Looks Like
- Tasks and initiatives are tracked clearly and followed through to completion.
- Teams have better visibility on timelines, responsibilities, and next steps.
- Fewer execution gaps, missed follow-ups, or unclear handovers.
- Leadership receives timely updates and can focus on higher-level priorities.
Experience & Skills
- 3–5 years in operations, project coordination, or execution-focused roles, ideally in healthcare, digital services, or technology-enabled programs.
- Candidates with healthcare background will be prioritized

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow up effectively.
- Comfortable working with clinical partners, technology teams, and field operations.
- Willingness to travel frequently to ensure project completion.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and common project/workflow tools.
- Solutions-oriented, reliable, and able to operate independently while reporting to leadership.
