    Description

    ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

    You will be responsible for order processing, order follow up, product inquiries, on-time deliveries to help elevate customer satisfaction. This is a CONTRACTUAL role for 6 months and 1 year.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

    1. Responsible for order processing to ensure all purchase orders are being executed promptly, customer-required delivery date/times are being met at all times, high accuracy and urgency to catch 3 cut-off times per day.
    2. Sales order credit hold check, cash in advance - payment check.
    3. Daily email backlogs updates to customers.
    4. Bi-weekly indent orders updates to customers.
    5. Be able to provide product and quality information and excellent response to customers.
    6. Coordinate clearing aging inventory and slow-move inventory.
    7. CS support administrative tasks when needed, CS back up

    WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

    • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any related fields
    • 2+ years experience in customer service.
    • Hands-on experience in order processing via systems.
    • Experience in attending to Customer's query and requestsvia email and phone.
    • Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills to work with all levels.
    • Self-initiated and able to work effectively to meet the deadlines
    • Good team player and service-minded
