    About the Role

    Responsible for Banca F2F Sales in East Coast Region, i.e. Single Premium and Regular Premium marketing to partner banks. To coach and support the sales staff as well as branch network.

    Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure to achieve Sales Target (breakdown by product): Credit Life and Regular Premium
  • Co-organise and support on branch sales: at min. 4 activities per month
  • Provide servicing support
  • Conduct training and sales coaching, such as Conduct scheduled Rookie FE(B), Conduct coaching session – 2 sessions per month, Conduct scheduled FE(B) coaching session – 1 session per month, and Conduct monthly engagement & reinforcement with FE(UT)
  • Contribute, assist and back up regional head to Participate in FEs monthly sales review meetings
  • Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Education – Degree holder in any field and/or non degree holders with strong related working experience.
  • Experience – Preferably 3 years' relevant experience. Added advantage for those working in banking and/or insurance industry.
  • Certifications/Licensing – PCE
  • Skills – Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Communication Requirements - Good verbal, written and presentation skills in English..
