    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in WP Kuala Lumpur. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, maintaining customer records, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills both over the phone and via email, and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    Qualifications

    • Strong customer service skills with an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction
    • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
    • Experience in customer support or a related field
    • Knowledge of customer experience best practices and strategies

    Beneficial qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration or Marketing is preferred
    • Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous
