    Job Responsibility

    • Invoicing
    • Obtain at least 15 customer reviews per month (take photos as proof upon completion).
    • Assist customers when they visit.
    • Check inventory and products (by the 30th of each month or earlier).
    • Handle customer inquiries, update reminders, and manage overdue accounts.
    • Organize and update inventory, replenish as needed (daily).
    • Process returns and exchanges.
    • Regularly update the quantity of vehicle modifications.
    • Share FB posts, check PMs.
    • Check stock once a month.
    • Check best-selling products weekly; remind the boss to order if stock is low.
    • Monthly check and notify customers to renew the tracking system.
