Description

• Develop and implement a BIM strategy that aligns with the companys objectives and project requirements.
• Act as a key collaborator between the clients team, design team, contractor team, and supply chain to ensure cohesive project execution1.
• Oversee the production and management of project information models, ensuring they contain accurate 3D visualizations, data, drawings, and schedules.
• Establish and maintain BIM standards and procedures, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects.
• Provide training and support to project teams on BIM processes and tools, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay abreast of the latest BIM technologies and integrate them into company practices to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
• Monitor the progress of BIM-related tasks throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to completion.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with BIM implementation and model accuracy.
• Ensure that all BIM deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Generate reports on BIM progress, performance, and compliance for senior management and stakeholders.
  
  

• Bachelor's Degree in architecture, construction, product design, civil engineering, or architectural technology.
• Proven experience in BIM management within the construction industry, preferably with exposure to international projects.
• Expertise in BIM software applications such as Autodesk Revit, MicroStation, or Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Strong leadership abilities to guide and mentor teams in BIM processes.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders and ensure smooth project execution.
