Ensure timely and accurate invoicingPrepare bank reconciliation and handle petty cashMonitoring bank balances to ensure sufficient fundsHandle full set of accounts and prepare monthly financial reportsCoordination and preparation of year-end audit schedulesTo assist in inventory control system on costing of stocks and ensure a proper system of documentation and during physical stock count cycleTo be in charge of fixed assets management and calculation of depreciationPerforming full spectrum of AR, AP & GL function to maintain a full set of accounts including journal entries for accruals and other adjustmentsPrepare and reconcile intercompany transactionsPerforms any related task as directed by superior from time to time

Fresh graduate are also welcomed to apply.
Posses Diploma/Degree in Accounting or relevant experience in accounting.
Conversant in MS Office and SQL accounting software are essential.
Good analytical skills, able to cope with tight deadlines, resourceful and able to work independently.
Possess passion and good working attitude.
