- Managing and ensuring the business strategy and governance related matters are performed within the service standards and in accordance with the agreed SOPs which including but not limited to administration, operational and sales processes.
- Ensuring all the functions in the unit are well performed and monitoring of overall process and procedures to comply with the rules and regulations.
- Ensure all the documents are adequately controlled and monitored.
- Produce and prepare management reporting/ statistics and information required.
- Ensuring all departmental expenses are within the approved budget management.
- Act as a liaison and establish the working relationships between internal and external parties.
