- Handle incoming enquiries via phone calls and text messages promptly
- Welcome and assist visitors and patients
- Handle new patient registrations
- Organise schedules and appointments
- Organise and maintain good filing system for smooth and quick data recovery
- Manage and maintain centre's facilities and office supplies
- Assist in preparation of reports
- Handle invoicing and collection of payments
- Maintain and ensure strict confidentiality in all areas of work
- Minimum qualification: Diploma
- Fluent English communication (spoken & written), Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is a bonus
- Maintain a friendly and pleasant disposition
- Enjoys working with people
