    Job Description

    What you'll do - As a Technical Project Manager, you will:

  • Collaborate and lead complex cross-capability projects
  • Lead client discussions on project plans and technical implementations to ensure client understands project flow and due dates needed to meet end goals
  • Produce top-down and bottom-up scopes, project schedules, resource plans and risk & change management plans, utilizing appropriate tools
  • Relate relevant services to the SOW and manage the dependencies and assumptions that may exist across external teams.
  • Analyze and develop processes for management of product and technical operations & delivery.
  • Management of all incidents and service requests through a centralized Service Desk, ensuring effective ticketing triage, prioritization and categorization
  • Participate in new business RFI or RFP requests when necessary
  • Contribute to proper training and onboarding processes for new team members
  • Demonstrate strong written and oral presentation skills
  • Participate in how budget and resources are allocated for the project.
  • Maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status reports.
  • Day-to-day, your role includes:

  • Setting up projects for success (right team, properly planned, client alignment)
  • Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
  • Keeping clients and internal teams moving in the same direction
  • Effectively handling risk, escalating when needed and assisting the team in resolution
  • Adept at communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Contributing to the development of methodologies, standards and best practices to streamline processes and create efficiencies for the Project Management capability and train team members when applicable

  • Qualifications

    We're looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:

  • A four-year degree
  • 5-7 years of Project Management, Marketing or related experience
  • Analytical, computer, math and problem-solving skills to be able to use software and to explain the software
  • Mastery of mid to large-level projects
  • Experience with SDLC and Agile Methodologies
  • PMP and/or CSM Certification (is a plus)
  • Working knowledge of enterprise tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, Trello)
