- Conduct market research studies to gather data on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in chemicals and food industry
- Analyze market data and develop insights to support clients' strategic decisions
- Be part of consulting engagements to deliver customized solutions that meet clients' needs and drive business growth
- Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and identify opportunities to deepen engagement
- Be part of projects from inception to completion, including scoping, planning, execution, and monitoring and controlling activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality research and consulting services to clients
- Communicate research findings, insights, and recommendations to clients through reports, presentations, and other forms of documentation
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in market research and consulting or chemicals industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and information into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of delivering successful research and consulting engagements and driving business growth
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
