    EXECUTIVE II, PROJECT MANAGEMENT

    Description

    This role will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring all project site matters to ensure timely completion of the project.

    Tasks & Responsibilities

    1. Coordinate with consultants and relevant authorities for common infra & landscape handing over and others project planning matters.

    • Monitor progress of the construction site to meet the targets of every stage of completion of the construction works such as billing stages.
    • Attend and reply to all necessary third party letters of correspondences in the course of the duties and implement an efficient filling system.
    • To ensure the effective implementation of the relevant Quality Management System.
    • Ensure compliance with the requirements of safety standard guidelines of the relevant Acts, regulations, by-laws and other.
    • To run day-to-day management and maintenance operations of the common property and facilities.
    • To coordinate the handover process of the completed property units to end purchasers.
    • Carry out inspection on the condition of the building and prepare the report/recommendation for the rectification/improvement.
    • To administer service charge and sinking fund collection for long term operation and maintenance of the strata property. To report monthly collection and business actions.
    • To monitor and manage cost of operation and service contract (e.g. domestic cleaning, security services, pest control, lift maintenance, firefighting equipment, etc).
    • To organize community services/activities for residents.
    • To attend to residents/owners complaints, inquiries, payments and any necessary information as requested by residents.

      Education

      Bachelor of Degree in Civil & Structure Engineering/Bachelor of Degree in Architecture/Bachelor of Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent

      Experience

      Minimum 2 years experience
