- Responsible for Financial Modelling (FM) in acquisition and/or divestment of companies with existing RE assets/ projects.
- Responsible in preparing, reviewing and maintaining the Financial Model for all business segments.
- Review individual FM for all business proposals with the segment head.
- Assess FMs and manage FM streamlining for all IC papers.
- Manage the preparation of the AOP.
- Manage initiatives related to Corporate Strategy.
- To report to Head of Sustainability and Corporate Strategy (dotted line) in development and management of the Groups Annual Operating Plan and Balanced Scorecard (Corporate KPI)
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or any other relavant fields
- Having one of the Professional qualifications (eg: ACCA, CFA and etc.) would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in investment or corporate strategy role involving valuation and acquisition.
- Drive acquisitions of renewable energy assets and business in tandem with organic growth.
- Support in valuations and investment analysis.
- Manage corporate strategy and formulate annual business plan.
