We're looking for an Account Manager who is enthusiastic about brand communication and its strategic orchestration in the digital space. A manager who effectively balances the client's objectives with the agency's creative ambitions. A person who can manage and bring to life integrated digital campaigns that are well thought through, clearly communicated, and immaculately executed. An agile and strategic thinker, a natural leader who understands the digital world, its trends, and ways to bring ideas to life in unexpected ways for our brand partners. This person must be solution-orientated, and function as a collaborative partner, inspiring and fostering the best collaboration between team members.

    Responsibilities:

    • Help manage campaigns from concept through to execution, ensuring the highest level of quality and adherence to brand strategy.
    • Manage account logistics from schedules to budgets.
    • Anticipate client and team needs and provide effective solutions, with agility.
    • Always researching and tracking to understand and inform the team on campaign, contextual, and competitive data.
    • Cultivate and grow relationships with key day-to-day clients
    • Support the Business Lead to ensure projects are executed against clear tasks and objectives
    • The ability to sell through creative presentations, which tie together multimedia channels and customer experiences.
    • Create innovative, culturally relevant creative solutions to solve our client's marketing challenges, putting the consumer first.
    • Stay current on design trends, and culture, bringing inspiring external insight into the work.
    • Work collaboratively with UX, Designers, Art Directors, and Technologists to build exceptional user and brand experiences
    • An entrepreneurial-spirited, solution-oriented individual, who rises to any challenge.

    Requirements:

    • 2-4 years of agency experience or in a similar role.
    • Excellent portfolio showcasing digital storytelling, conceptual and execution skills in integrated digital campaigns, as well as dynamic creative content.
    • Impeccable engagement through digital copywriting for the web, social, emails, banners, and other digital mediums.
    • Ensure the brand voice and objectives are effectively executed through copywriting across all messaging
    • Solid presentation skills and demonstrated ability to run a meeting.
    • Excited to work in a dynamic, fast-paced agency culture, with the flexibility to change gears for different clients.
    • Passion for ideas, creativity, copywriting, and storytelling through digital content.
    • Proficiency with Social and Google analytics, being able to translate that into insightful reports.
    • Experience writing content that is social in nature.
    • Ability to write content that provokes engagement.
    • Have impeccable attention to detail in all facets of the role.
    • A healthy respect for deadlines, and the drive to see projects through to completion.
