- Responsible for plant machinery repair and maintenance
- Lead engineering team for preventive maintenance and repair job
- Ensure maintenance activities are carried in time and quality
- Master and coach breakdown analysis
- Coordinate with service providers for equipment maintenance
- Ensure all facilities and equipment comply with regulations
- Working closely with internal and external regulatory parties
- Monitor and control operating expenditure (OPEX)
- Lead continuous improvement project for cost-saving purpose
- Assist in plant expansion projects when necessary

- Experience preventive maintenance planning / execution
- Experienced in development of engineering projects
- Knowledge in FSSC, ISO 22000, HACCP and GMP
- Background in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering
- 3+year(s) of experience in engineering management
- Working experience in Food Manufacturing industry is a PLUS
- Possess in-depth knowledge of mechanical troubleshooting, real time management and PLC
